Prohibited items policy

1. Weapons and Ammunition

The following are prohibited from sale:

• Firearms, including pistols, rifles, automatic weapons and their parts
• Ammunition (cartridges, grenades, explosives)
• Military equipment (missiles, mines, military explosive devices)
• Illegally modified weapons (e.g. converted to automatic)
• Knives prohibited by national legislation (folding with button and spring, etc.)
• Silencers and illegal attachments

Note: Antique firearms legally registered may only be sold by licensed dealers.

2. Drugs and Controlled Substances

• All illegal drugs (heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, MDMA, etc.)
• Precursors and chemicals used to produce illegal substances
• Prescription medicines without a valid prescription and sales authorization
• Substances causing hallucinations or abuse, even if in a 'grey area'
• Tools intended exclusively for drug use

3. Counterfeit and Pirated Goods

• Counterfeit branded products (clothing, watches, bags, shoes, etc.) deceptively presented as genuine
• Pirated DVD, Blu-ray, CD or software
• Illegally copied books, magazines or educational materials
• Replicas of banknotes, coins or official documents
• Unlicensed products infringing trademarks or copyright

4. Protected Animals and Plants

• Live animals listed under CITES (convention on endangered species)
• Parts of protected animals (ivory, crocodile skin, tiger bones, etc.)
• Bird eggs and nests of endangered species
• Protected plants and their derivatives (rare orchids, wood from endangered species)
• Marine organisms — corals, shells of protected species

5. Human Tissues and Remains

• Human organs, blood, tissue or bodily fluids
• Skeletal parts or bones, except for legitimate scientific/academic purposes with documentation
• Fetal material

6. Stolen Goods

• Any goods the seller knows or suspects to be stolen
• Items with erased serial numbers (e.g. electronics, bicycles)
• Vehicles without legal proof of ownership

7. Gambling and Illegal Lotteries

• Organizing lotteries or raffles without a license
• Resale of lottery tickets at a markup
• 'Blind boxes' with unclear contents presented as gambling

8. Illegal Services and Access

• Hacking tools, malware, spyware
• Accounts, access or data obtained without permission
• Credit card generators or fraud data
• Services for illegal 'unlocking' of phones or content
• Personal information of third parties (databases, passwords, etc.)

9. Food products and medicines

• Expired or unfit-for-consumption food
• Medicines requiring a license or prescription for sale
• Food supplements with illegal or unapproved ingredients
• Alcohol sold to persons under 18 (check local legislation)

10. Child protection

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — illegal and immediately reported to authorities
• Items aimed at violence, abuse or trafficking of children

11. Personal information and privacy

• Sale of personal data, including names, addresses, phone numbers
• Medical records or sensitive data of third parties
• Spy devices (hidden cameras, bugs) intended for illegal surveillance

12. Hate content and propaganda

• Nazi symbols, items with racist or xenophobic messages
• Propaganda materials of banned organizations
• Items promoting terrorism or extremism

13. Hazardous substances

• Radioactive materials
• Toxic substances or industrial chemicals without the required licenses
• Illegal pesticides or biocides
• Substances banned in the EU for ozone layer destruction (e.g. CFC gases)
