Registration and login

• To participate in auctions or create your own, registration is required. Use the "Registration" button in the top navigation.
• After registration you will receive a confirmation email (if enabled).
• Log in to your account via the "Login" button.

Browsing and searching auctions

• On the home page you will find a list of active auctions.
• You can search by keyword using the search bar at the top.
• Use the categories to more easily find the items you are interested in.

Automatic bidding

Automatic bidding is the easiest way to bid in an auction. Just enter the highest price you are willing to pay for an item, and we will bid on your behalf.

How it works

When you bid, you enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item. This amount is kept secret from other participants.

We bid on your behalf, using only as much of your offer as needed to maintain a leading position. If another participant outbids you, we automatically bid again, always with the minimum required increment, up to your maximum.

If your maximum is exceeded, we will notify you so you can decide whether to bid again.

Tips

• Enter the maximum amount you are truly willing to pay.
• Don't worry about setting a high maximum — you will only pay as much as needed to win.
• If you are outbid, you will receive a notification and can bid again.

Buy now

• Some items have a "Buy Now" option with a fixed price.
• If you choose "Buy now", you immediately become the winner without waiting for the end of the auction.
• This option is convenient when you want to secure the item immediately.

Creating a new auction

• Select "Add listing" from the navigation.
• Fill in item information, starting price, end date and upload photos.
• You can also set a "Buy Now" price (optional).
• Publish the auction and monitor bids from your dashboard.

Profile and addresses

• In "Profile" you can edit your personal data and add/manage delivery addresses.
• You can add company details if you are selling as a legal entity.

Messages and questions

• You can send messages to the seller or buyer through the auction page.
• Use the questions section if you need more information about the item.

Commissions, payment and delivery

• Payment: the buyer pays the seller directly — by cash on delivery (paid to the courier upon receipt) or in person. The seller indicates which methods they accept in the listing.
• Card payments are used only to top up a balance, which is used to pay for additional services (promotion, additional photos, etc.). Goods and delivery are not paid by card.
• After winning an auction you will receive payment and delivery instructions.
• Delivery is carried out via courier (Econt, Speedy, Pigeon, Bulgarian Posts — according to the listing) or by arrangement between the parties.
• The seller enters a tracking number and you receive a notification with tracking.

Personal data protection

• Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• You can request account deletion or download your information from the account settings.
